As a plant derived enzymes, bromelain is the collective name for the enzymes found in various members of the Bromeliaceae family.The enzymatic activity of bromelain is ten times higher then papain. Bromelain is consist in the leaf ,fruit and stem of pineapple. The content of bromelain in  medium-well pineapple fruit contains 0.4%and the pineapple stem juice is 8.7%

The bromelain is a natural enzyme. extracts and purifies naturally from pineapple stems following the CGMP and ISO 9001. It can hydrolyze most soluble protein easily and efficiently, improve the nutritional value of the plants and the animal protein. We can  provide 600GDU~2400GDU bromelain as well as customer made.
