Basic Properties

 Take high quality tomato as raw material, after crush , pulp process, remove skin and seed with internationally advanced technology, then concentrate, can filling and sterilization.

The tomato paste contain Lycopene ,B vitamins, dietary fibre, mineral substance, protein and natural pectin as well. Compare with fresh tomato, the nutrients are more likely to be absorbed by the body.

We can produce viscosity range at  7~9cm/30s(12.5Brix) 36-38°Brix cold break  paste and viscosity range at 4.5-5cm/30s(12.5Brix)30-32°Brix hot break paste.
